An Annual Contract allows you the convenience of paying once per year for regular maintenance services with a 15% discount built into the price. Set it and forget it, sit back and let us service your property. Annual contracts include all of the following services:
- Spring Cleanup
- Weekly cutting and catching of grass
- Edging of walkways and flowerbeds
- Pruning & Trimming of Shrubs
- Fertilization & Weed Control
- Fall Cleanup
- Winter snow removal from driveways
Annual Contracts run from April 1 – March 31.
Do you prefer a Seasonal Contract?
If you prefer a season to season contract, you can signup for our Spring through Fall service and receive a 10% discount on the cost of services. Two seasonal contracts are available: Spring – Fall services and Winter service.
The signup period for Annual Contracts is March 1st through April 15th. Signup for Spring – Fall contracts is March 1st through April 15th, and the signup period for Winter is October 1st through November 15th.
